Portcullis (BVI) Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Corporate Services Administrator.  The responsibilities will involve all facets of incorporation and post-incorporation services, including the preparation of resolutions, certificates and registers, maintaining our database, liaising with clients, external service providers and other Portcullis Group offices and working together with the compliance department to obtain satisfactory due diligence.  The successful candidate will have 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role and will ideally have an Associates Degree in a business related subject or ICSA certificate level qualification.  They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and be keen to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
