Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative required for a busy charter company on Tortola.  Candidate must have previous face to face hospitality experience and fully understand the importance of delivering a high level of service to guests both over the phone, via email and face to face.  The candidate must be articulate, professional, friendly and have the ability to self-manage.  Computer experience, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are key.  This is a demanding full time role and the 5 day schedule will change weekly to fit around business needs, of which will include public holidays and weekends.  BVIslanders and belongers preferred.
