Deputy Manager

Deputy Manager for exclusive villa property on Virgin Gorda. This position is as assistant to the General Manager and to act as his deputy in his absence.

Staff training, instruction, scheduling, supervision and training are all a part of this employees responsibilities. The ability to assist when necessary in the service of food and the operation of a full bar is also imperative. Guest interaction and the ability to communicate well and with confidence is a daily requirement. This position will include the direct responsibility for organizing guest arrival and departure procedures, activities, excursions and travel connections in a timely and proficient manner. The willingness and ability to manage staff and work in various locations on and off the property, including the estates Motor yacht is very important. Candidates must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays when required. This position requires that the employee lives on property in shared accommodation.

Qualification:

• Degree level education
• proven computer literacy
• extensive knowledge of all of front of house procedures at the highest level of hospitality service is essential
