FIRST MATE

Guana Island Hotel Corp Leasing seeks a full-time FIRST MATE to start immediately.

The Fist Mate will be supervised and will receive instruction from the Captain, will become familiar with the handling characteristics of the Guana Island vessels (maneuvering, docking, anchoring, etc.), will work with our Guest Coordinator to ensure that guest activities and excursions are carried out seamlessly, assist with cleaning and maintaining vessels, assist with off-loading and on-loading of guest luggage, supplies etc. Applicant should be flexible to work weekends, holidays and some evenings, and possess a valid BVI driver’s license.

Qualification:

• Applicants for this position must have some experience with operating a boat
• A STCW certification would be an asset
