Office/ Admin Assistant

We are looking for someone to assist either part time or full time in a fast paced, small business office. This will include a range of tasks some of which are;
Answering phone calls and emails
Updating daily planning schedules with new jobs/tasks
Filing, scanning and keeping organised documents
Keeping count of inventory items and placing orders
Coordinating delivery of orders, receiving and unpacking

Required Skills

Strong with Microsoft office - outlook, word and excel Highly motivated and organised Good customer relation skills Any previous retail or purchasing experience a plus Knowledge of sailing or diving industries within the BVI
