General / ASSISTANT Restaurant Manager:

• strong food background

• reputation for cost control and financial accountability
• training in restaurant management a plus
• impeccable references a must. Salary commensurate w/experience

Chefs – Ideal candidate

• min 5 years cooking experience and 2-3 years kitchen management, including responsibility for food costs & kitchen labor
• highly organized and have reputation for getting food out of the kitchen on time
• impeccable references a must. Salary commensurate w/experience.
