OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR/INSTRUCTOR

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR/INSTRUCTOR needed for busy charter company, to oversee day-to-day dock operations and client instruction, etc.

Seeking well qualified skipper with proven teaching track record, offshore delivery experience and technical experience in mechanics, electrical and rigging to work in yacht commissioning, charter operations on dock, teach sailing and deliver yachts.

Must have managerial skills and be organised, able to deal with scheduling and oversee product quality control. Weekends and public holiday work, as well as overtime as necessary.

BVI/Belongers preferred.
