Second Chef

The Rooftop by Brandywine is currently seeking a Second Chef. Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.

Qualification:

• Experience in a high end restaurant or hotel essential
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• Knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine very important
• Looking for someone hard working, keen to learn but also someone who has something of their own to bring to the team
