Sous Chef

Village cay Marina and hotel is seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Sous Chef who has knowledge, skills and ability to prepare menu items, assist with catering events and buffet selection, while maintaining a clean environment and complying with all health and company regulations and policies.

Qualification:

• at least 3 years of experience working in a fast paced environment
