Staff Chef

Split Holdings Limited is seeking one Staff Chef to prepare meals for the team. Applicants must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate, and be willing to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualification:

• minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
• excellent knife skills
• hold a valid, clean driver’s license
• have recipe planning and costing experience, and be able to place food orders and complete stock takes
• excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, health standards and nutrition
