WE PURCHASED PROPERTY IN TORTOLA AND RECEIVED A NON BELONGERS LICENSE. WE HAVE HAD OUR HOUSEHOLD THINGS PACKED AND PUT IN A CONTAINER AND ON THE WAY. HOW DOES CUSTOMS AND DUTIES WORK FOR USED HOUSEHOLD MOVING THINGS? NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO GIVE US AN ANSWER,
