First month on island all inclusive rentals, any advise?

Hi,

I am moving to Tortola in the next week or so and I am looking for somewhere to rent for the first month, while I get settled.

Any suggestions on the best reasonably priced places to stay, would be greatly appreciated. Looking for something like a 1 bed/studio apt with all utilities etc included. I will be working in Road Town but could rent a car if it was further afield.
