I’m very confused about the legality of psilocybin mushrooms in the bvi, are they legal to use? I was at the bomba full moon party the other day where they where selling “mushroom tea.” The people I spoke to about this gave me very vague answears but still it was openly advertized on the walls of the shack.

As far as we know, Bomba’s doesn’t sell mushroom tea.
So, the answer from this website regarding magic mushrooms, or going ons at Bomba’s Surfside Shack will not be any less vague. Are they legal? No. Are they illegal, probably. If illegal, will they police arrest you? Possibly, but that means they’d have to arrest the business owner as well.
The question you should be asking is, if its illegal, and if you get arrested, would it be worth it?
We’ll leave this thread open in case any “official” response is added from the powers that be.
