The straight forward answer is yes, but with sufficient investigation you can definitely find a good deal on rent.
Electricity requires vigilance. You can expect that if you leave the A/C on in the house, it will drain electricity and incur a costly bill. Simply caution and diligence about what you’re using and switching things off.
