Hi,
Your website states that the Work permits are first approved by The Labour Department and then sent to immigration for clearance (7-10 days). Does this mean that the authorities will send it to the Immigration department or do we as a company need to collect the Approved Work Permits from the Labour department and take them to the Immigration department ourselves?

You have to physically take it to the immigration department as the company employing.
