Asst. Head Chef / Prep or Line Cook

The Management of a newly constructed Bar & Restaurant at the R & R Malone Complex in Pockwood Pond is urgently seeking the following positions: 1 Full-time Asst. Head Chef; 1 Prep or Line Cook; 2 Bartenders and 2 Wait Staff. The applicants must meet the following criteria: Applicant must be knowledgeable in Caribbean and American cuisines. Must be holders of a valid food handler’s certificate; Applicants must be also able to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner meals at a fast pace; Applicants must be very food-safe, organized and able to multitask always; Applicants must be highly motivated and must be proactive, hard working and trust worthy; Applicants must love and have experience in the Hospitality Industry; Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
