Boat Mechanic

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Boat Mechanic. This highly motivated and adaptable individual will be able to work in varied environments under minimal supervision. Must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• hold a Powerboat Level 2 license plus STCW95 or equivalent
• extensive knowledge of outboard motors, Yamaha in particular, with experience in sourcing and procuring parts
• be familiar with both fiberglass and gelcoat repairs, with good knowledge of marine paints and cleaning products
• strong swimming skills
