Customer service

BVI Yacht Charters has an exciting opening within our customer service team. We have a large fleet of luxury, high-end bareboat yachts, and offer our clients a customer service that is second to none.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual who understands the needs of our clients. Responsibilities will include presentation of a daily chart briefing, meeting and greeting customers, answering the phone, responding to enquiries, daily town runs, filing, photocopying and other general office duties. Applicant must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. This position will involve working every weekend, most holidays and occasional evenings.

Qualification:

• MUST have prior experience in the yachting/charter industry or luxury travel
• sales/customer service background
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• highly literate in QuickBooks, Office, Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and powerpoint) and other browser based computer applications
• MUST be able to swim
• hold a valid Drivers License
