First Mate

First Mate – Wanted for BVI day charter sailboat. Must be able to fully assist the captain including safety, passage, and operation of the vessel. Must have an extremely positive attitude, passion for excellence with respect to customer service and satisfaction, strong interpersonal skills, and excel at entertaining and managing larger groups of people. Must be prepared to fully assist on the vessel including handling the boat, provisioning, cooking and cleaning. Must be available all weekends and holidays and be willing to work long hours as necessary.

Qualification:

• strong swimmer and be able to retrieve a person out of the water
• previous experience on boats and 3+ years customer service industry experience required
• available to work long days, weekends and public holidays as necessary
