Guest and Planning Coordinator

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Guest and Planning Coordinator to be the key point of contact for our guests from the initial planning of their stay, continuing through to their departure. The successful candidate must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate, as they will be routinely included on our evening hosting schedule.

In addition to liaising with current and future guests, daily duties will require heavy lifting and the ability to adapt to working in varied environments for long hours. Applicants should have an interest in water sports, or at minimum be proficient in the water to be able to participate in guest activities.

Qualification:

• The individual must be highly energetic, organized, and have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Computer literacy is essential, particularly with the MS Office suite of programmes
• Applicants must have previously worked in 4 or 5 star establishments, with a strong background in beverage service and hosting
• Previous event planning experience is a distinct advantage
