KITCHEN Steward

KITCHEN Steward: Guana Island Hotel Corp Leasing seeks a full-time kitchen steward. Must be flexible and available to work some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The successful candidate should be familiar with kitchen and cooking appliances and be able to perform a variety of tasks including daily cleaning procedures, overnight deep cleaning and some food preparation, store room inventory control.

Qualification:

• 2 years in culinary services and/or a training program preferred
• highly motivated and proactive
