Maintenance Manager

Split Holdings Limited is seeking one Maintenance Manager. They will be happy to be hands-on and be able to manage complex logistical challenges. Applicants must be based on Virgin Gorda or be willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• strong understanding of preventative maintenance systems and processes, with understanding and practical experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, woodwork and HVAC systems
• excellent communication skills and be proficient in maintenance management and other computer software
• confident and assertive with strong instruction and coaching skills
