Marine Department Manager

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Marine Department Manager. They will practice a hands-on approach with exceptional organizational skills. The successful candidate will be interacting regularly with guests and other team members. Applicants must be based on Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, and have experience managing activities centres incorporating a range of water sports
• hold a valid, clean driver’s license
• minimum a powerboat level 2 license
• RYA, IKO, or BKSA senior instructor qualifications will be considered an advantage
• have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English
• the role requires involvement with budget and CAPEX report preparation, so applicants will also be proficient with the MS Office Suite of programmes
