Operations Manager

Operations Manager needed for a growing charter company. The position requires exceptional organizational, time management and long-range planning/’forward thinking’ skills, with a strong attention to detail.  The ability towork independently, with autonomy and multi-task many projects simultaneously whilst managing a team.  Must be able to drive and operate yachts and catamarans up to 60’.  Previous experience within a management role in the charter industry is essential.  The candidate must have strong engineering skills, as the position includes maintenance and troubleshooting work on engines, generators, electrical systems etc. as well ‘service calls’ to yachts as required. This is a demanding full time role which will include weekends and holidays.  BVI/Belongers preferred.
