• have 4 – 5 years experience
• experience in contract management & negotiations
• experience in sales and marketing
• business and legal expertise in insurance and banking issues
• strong knowledge of business and private law
• experienced at drafting legal documents
• excel at conflict resolution
• ability to establish operating procedures – rules and regulation
• excellent communication skills
• bachelor Degree in law

Chef for Italian Restaurant

• have 10 – 15 years experience
• strong knowledge of Italian, regional and modern cuisine
• ability to demonstrate culinary expertise
• reliable and hardworking
• ability to set menus and food pricing and Ordering and monitoring supplies
• caters for a varieties of events including weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties & 
corporate functions
• strong knowledge of proper food handling procedure
• very good communication skills
• rostering staff

Cook for Italian Restaurant

• have 5 – 6 years experience
• knowledge of Italian, regional and modern cuisine
• reliable, hard working and passionate about food
• ability to follow all sanitation procedures
• experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bake ware
• knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
• very good communication skills
• diploma in culinary school
