Property Manager

Property Manager – Virgin Gorda – Villas Virgin Gorda Ltd. is seeking a full-time Property Manager. Applicant must be prepared to work after hours, Holidays, weekends as necessary.

Qualification:

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or property management
• Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of how to use computer software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc as well as have experience in customer service and rental promotions, marketing, social media skills, etc.
• Applicant must have their own vehicle to drive and hold a valid driver’s license
