Quantity Surveyor

A Construction Company is seeking qualified persons to fit the following position. Quantity Surveyor. . Having the ability to multi task and under take large take offs is a plus. Work on resort type projects is highly recommended. This person must also be self-motivated.

Qualification:

• professional qualifications
• at least 3 references
• minimum of 10 years working experience
• proficient in word, excel, project, timberline/primavera scheduling software
• working knowledge of FDIC and AIA contracts
