Senior Pastry Chef

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Senior Pastry Chef. The successful candidate must be based in Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate. They will have excellent knowledge of food safety, storage, health and safety, and nutrition, and be able to support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in other food preparation and service when needed. They must be willing to work long and flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Qualification:

  • They must have previous experience in a five-star pastry kitchen team, preferably in a resort setting
  •  They will have good training and coaching skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
