Sous Chef

Nanny Cay Resort & Marina is looking for a professional Sous Chef to be second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines.

Responsibilities will include training and managing staff, filling in for the Executive Chef when necessary; prepping, producing, and designing high quality plates and ordering supplies.

Qualification:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Sous Chef
  • excellent management skills
  • working knowledge of various computer software

Belongers and BVIslanders preferred
