Part-time Bookkeeper/Secretary requires for exclusive Villa rental property on Virgin Gorda. Applicant will be required to work 2-3 days a week with the possibility of being required to work on the weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate would work alongside the Management team but must be self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised and using their own initiative throughout the day. This person must be presentable as one to one contact with guests as well as staff will be required. They will be responsible for company payroll and guest billing as well as daily written communication with guests, suppliers and travel agents. This person would also be directly responsibility for the management of our accounts payable and receivable.

Qualification:

  • excellent command of the English language both verbal and written is essential, other language skills would be a definite asset but not essential
  • computer literate and have a sound understanding of QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows 365 programs
  • knowledge of how to produce Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts is vital
  • full and clean BVI driving license
  • clean Police record
