Chef

Cooper Island Beach Club: Chef. Candidates must be prepared to live in shared accommodation, travel to Cooper Island on vessels in rough weather, be physically fit to maintain pace of service and work long hours in a hot environment.

Qualification:

• Required to prepare International cuisine to a high standard
• Must be have at least 3 years experience working in professional kitchens and be familiar with commercial grade kitchen equipment (thermomix/combi-oven/sous-vide)
