Construction Manager

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Construction Manager. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to coordinate and lead with minimal resources. Organizational skills are essential with a high degree of attention to detail, as well as the ability to work well under pressure, make decisions, and take the appropriate actions. Applicants must be based in Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualification:

• minimum of 10 years construction management experience and hold a degree or HNC in Construction or Construction Management
• IT proficient and experienced in working as a team player, managing QA/QC procedures, timelines, sequencing and programming schedules
• knowledge of Fire and Health & Safety responsibilities, environmental protection strategies and execution.
