Human Resources Manager

Nanny Cay Resort & Marina is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities will be for the entire Resort (Hotel, Marina, Boatyard, Admin, Chandlery, Restaurants & Maintenance) and will include, but not be limited to: Payroll, Government Reporting, Benefit Administration, Interviewing, yearly Employee Evaluations, Job Postings and Work Permits.

The HR Manager will also track Vacation & Sick days, as well as Pension, SS, & NHI; and maintain Employee records.

Qualification:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 10 years HR experience, and familiarity with BVI Labour Code

BVIslanders and Belongers preferred.
