Maintenance Manager

Kingstown Hill Holdings Ltd. has a Vacant Position as Maintenance Manager for High-end Property. We are looking for a younger person with excellent social skills and high work ethic, willing to work long hours and whenever a problem occurs (nights, weekends), until the problem is solved.

Qualification:

• Applicants must be be multi-lingual (German a must, any additional language would be a plus) with a BA, in order to communicate with guests
• Experience/qualifications in maintenance, particularly with electrical and plumbing installations as well as landscaping is required

BVIslanders or Belongers preferred.
