Second Chef

The Rooftop by Brandywine is currently seeking a second chef. Looking for someone hard working, keen to learn but also someone who has something of their own to bring to the team.

BVI Belongers preferred.

Qualification:

• experience in a high end restaurant or hotel essential
• ability to work under pressure during busy service hours
• willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
• knowledge of Mediterranean and international cuisine very important
