Senior Pastry Chef

Necker Island (BVI) Limited is seeking one Senior Pastry Chef. The successful candidate must be based in Virgin Gorda or willing to relocate.

Qualiification:

• hold formal qualifications
• previous experience in a high-end pastry kitchen team, preferably in a resort setting
• international experience is essential, with European experience preferred, as this person will be responsible for developing the skills of our locally trained staff
• team player and willing to work long and flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends
