I am French , US resident from California, My wife is American from Venezuela originally.
We live in San Diego and have 2 kids 2 and 5.
We are curious about the immigration rules for us as investor, retired or worker.

The immigration process and options for people to obtain work, form companies, etc. is the same for everyone regardless of your nationality unless you are a “Belonger.
