Start-up trust company seeks an experienced Managing Director.

The successful applicant will:

• Have extensive experience in a senior leadership role of a reputable fiduciary and corporate service provider in a well-regulated environment (preferably BVI);
• Blend back office process knowledge with excellent and qualitative client relationships to immediately generate revenue;
• Combine enthusiasm and energy with a disciplined and structured approach;
• Be a strong communicator with excellent technical knowledge, a proven track record of business generation, revenue management and regulatory compliance, keen to work with a small, dynamic and demanding team of senior players.

Package will be reflective of the venture’s start-up nature, reliant on revenue collected and accounting for initial costs.
